360-Access.com provides an online portal to give visitors a general understanding of accessible venues and to provide an automated software solution to individual businesses who choose to seek a seal of accessibility acknowledgment for the accessibility features of their facility(-ies). Sponsors need not download or even license 360-Access.com software. 360-Access.com hosts its software as a backend service for sponsors when they create their Facility Descriptions. The Site offers a survey process to document the physical features of a facility or structure based on ADA public policy. Once data is collected and reviewed, Sponsors are offered the opportunity to publicize and promote those features to 360-Access.com members, partners, collaborators, and visitors. 360-Access.com services may also include a review of Sponsor answers for completeness, spelling, and for internal consistency of names, addresses, and the like. At no time do we review your answers for ADA compliance, draw legal conclusions about your ADA compliance, provide legal advice about your ADA compliance, or apply ADA regulations or law to the facts of your particular situation. 360-Access.com is not an ADA Compliance professional or a law firm and may not perform services performed by such professionals. 360-Access.com and its Services are not substitutes for the advice or services of an ADA compliance professional or attorney.
360-Access.com strives to keep its ADA information accurate, current, and up-to-date. However, because regulations change, 360-Access.com cannot guarantee that all of the information on the Site or Applications is completely current. ADA regulations can vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and may be subject to interpretation by different agencies. ADA law is an interpreted matter, often involving grandfathered options, and no general information or survey tool like the kind 360-Access.com provides can fit every circumstance. Furthermore, the ADA information contained on the Site and Applications is not legal ADA compliance advice and is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up-to-date. Therefore, if you need ADA compliance advice for your specific problem, or if your specific problem is too complex to be addressed by our tools, you should ask us for an ADA Compliance Specialist Referral or consult a licensed ADA compliance specialist or attorney in your area.
